  • Compensation and Benefits: Analyze industry trends to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring alignment with market standards and organizational goals.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Serve as a resource for complex employee relations issues and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR management, including talent acquisition, employee development, and HR compliance.
