Achieve Meaningful Outcomes
To fulfill our vision, we are on the lookout for a Resident Operations Director who possesses a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, along with demonstrated project management skills and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Resident Operations Director program is a comprehensive 6-12 month, full-time initiative designed to equip you for the role of Operations Director at a Zeta school.
- As an Operations Director, you will be the operational leader of your school and a vital member of the school leadership team.
- In your role as a Resident Operations Director at Zeta, you will be integrated into an existing Zeta school and contribute as a full-time member of the school's operations team.
- You will engage in operational tasks at the host school and address a variety of school-specific and Zeta-wide operational projects, all while acquiring the skills and mindset necessary to excel as an Operations Director.
- Your efforts will help establish systems that ensure a world-class facility meeting Zeta's high standards while fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all students, staff, and families.
- You will employ both short-term and long-term strategies for optimal operational systems, utilizing data to inform every aspect of our school operations.
