About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join SCRAM Systems as a Client Retention Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overcome objections and de-escalate potential client concerns
- Provide a personalized experience for each client as their relationship manager
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, comments, and actions taken
- Assist with billing inquiries, scheduling, and client retention efforts
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center Customer Service role or sales/debt collection
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
