Job Overview

PND Engineers, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated civil design engineer to join our dynamic team in Juneau, Alaska. As a Civil Engineer - Transportation Design Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of civil engineering design and construction projects, both public and private.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop transportation infrastructure projects, including highways and bridges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited school.
  • Alaska P.E. registration or ability to become registered in Alaska within 12 months of hire.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a focus in transportation and highway design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and engineering software.
