Job Summary

This role involves working with students who exhibit challenging and/or aggressive behavior, collaborating with teachers and staff to develop and implement behavioral programs, and supervising support staff in accordance with BACB standards. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field, as well as Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification and a valid Virginia license in Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IEP teams to assess student needs and develop personalized behavioral programs
- Develop and implement empirically-supported interventions for challenging behavior
- Train and supervise support staff in applied behavior analysis
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to staff on implementation of behavioral programs and data collection

Requirements
- Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Valid Virginia license in Behavior Analysis
- Extensive knowledge and skills in applied behavior analysis and evidence-based strategies for learners with autism and other developmental disabilities
