Automotive Sales Specialist

Lundgren Subaru in Vermont is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Professional to join their dynamic team. As a key representative of the company, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission, will be offered to successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Subaru models, features, and technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
