Sales and Marketing Specialist for Carwashes

National Carwash Solutions, Inc. is a leading provider of car wash equipment, services, and solutions in North America. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equipment Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales plan to grow sales territory assigned, focusing on generating new business sales for both tunnel and In Bay carwashes.
- Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their evolving business needs and provide value-added recommendations.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing department to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Travel to client sites to assess needs and make recommendations for replacing current equipment or installing new car wash systems.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven sales experience in a similar industry, with a focus on business-to-business sales.
- Previous experience in the car wash industry, capital equipment sales, or broadline sales in the convenience store industry is required.
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving record is essential.
- Familiarity with sales cycles and the ability to work within a typical sales cycle of approximately 30-90 days.
