CAS Global Client Onboarding team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the onboarding process for new clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for delivering world-class client experiences. The role involves assisting with general onboarding activities, implementing tickets, setting up deposits' accounts, and performing Admin IDV tasks. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for addressing daily requests from clients and provide technical support for various client operational issues and bank transactions. The role requires strong partnerships with field relationship advisors and relationship managers, as well as the ability to learn and follow complex regulatory requirements and procedures. The ideal candidate will be resourceful in researching inquiries and providing solutions in complex scenarios, and must be comfortable handling challenging and complex conversations with clients in a highly professional manner. The role is a 12-month contract, with the opportunity to work remotely 1-3 days a month. The successful candidate will be a key member of the CAS Global Client Onboarding team, supporting the journey of clients from prospect to client. The role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and is looking for a challenging and rewarding role.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with general onboarding activities, including implementing tickets and setting up deposits' accounts.
* Perform Admin IDV tasks and support the journey of clients from prospect to client.

* Research and provide solutions to complex inquiries and scenarios.
