Job Title: HR Representative Payroll Assistant

Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for an HR Representative Payroll Assistant in a temporary-to-hire position. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist production staff with payroll, attendance tracking, and policies.
  • Update Kronos based on information received from associates and supervisors.
  • Process VTO and schedule change requests daily.
  • Ensure Sarbanes/Oxley compliance regulations are followed.
  • Edit and track attendance weekly to ensure accuracy.
  • Sort checks bi-weekly for supervisors.
  • Coordinate with temp agencies for necessary information.
  • Ensure accuracy of associate data through cross-referencing.
  • File documents and sort checks.
  • Audit and follow up on Final Time details.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of data entry experience.
  • Degree preferred.
  • 10-key by touch.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Kronos preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
