Payroll Assistant HR Representative

Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Payroll Assistant HR Representative in a temporary-to-hire position. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and accuracy skills in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist production staff with payroll, attendance tracking, and policies.
- Update Kronos based on information received from associates and supervisors.
- Process VTO and schedule change requests daily.
- Ensure Sarbanes/Oxley compliance regulations are followed.
- Edit and track attendance weekly to ensure accuracy.
- Sort checks bi-weekly and provide to supervisors.
- Coordinate with temp agencies to ensure necessary information is exchanged.
- Ensure associate data accuracy through frequent cross-referencing.
- File documents and sort checks.
- Audit and follow up on Final Time details to ensure 100% compliance.
- 1-3 years of data entry experience.
- Degree preferred.
- 10-key by touch.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Kronos preferred.
- Ability to adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- Weekly pay starting at $21/hr.
- Generous bonus incentives for referrals.
