Job Summary

ManTech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team in support of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). As an all-source intelligence analyst, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights to inform national security decisions.

Responsibilities

Provide all-source intelligence analysis on topics related to homeland security, including border security, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and critical infrastructure protection.

Conduct research, analysis, and recommendations regarding liaison efforts with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies, and external federal law enforcement elements to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information.

Prepare finished analytic products, assessments, briefings, and other written or oral products on current threats and trends based on sophisticated collection, research, and analytic tradecraft of all sources of classified and unclassified information.

Identify gaps in available intelligence information and engage with other collection managers on strategies to meet intelligence requirements through Intelligence Community (IC) collection disciplines.

Employ IC analytic standards and appropriate tradecraft, methodologies, and techniques, and apply specialized subject matter expertise to prepare assessments of current threats and trends for consumers from senior US officials to state and local and private sector customers.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in strategic planning and analysis, with a strong background in all-source intelligence analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and brief for various audiences with differing perspectives.

Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with external law enforcement and Intel community partners (liaison activity).

Experience as an all-source analyst in an IC agency producing finished, all-source analytical intelligence products per IC analytical standards, tradecraft, sourcing, and classification requirements.

Experience collaborating and coordinating all-source analytic assessments with agencies across the IC.

Experience identifying topics and content for national intelligence briefings, including coordination with government and industry personnel at all levels of seniority.

Experience using IC analytic systems and tools, such as classified message databases, Analyst Notebook/i2, Web Intelligence Search Engine (WISE), or Palantir.

Experience using unclassified administrative software, such as Office 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint.

Clearance Requirements

Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be able to obtain and maintain DHS CBP Suitability.

Physical Requirements

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
