Senior Manager, Learning Management and Customer Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Learning Management and Customer Experience to join our team at the American Pharmacists Association. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our learning management system, developing high-quality educational content, and providing exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement learning products, including continuing pharmacy education and certificate training programs, to meet the needs of our members and stakeholders.
- Develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content that meets the needs of learners, using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Analyze data from our customer service platform and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our learning management system and customer experience.
- Collaborate with our customer service vendor and other colleagues to optimize the customer experience and ensure seamless interactions with our members and stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on educational needs and opportunities for pharmacy technicians, based on data analysis and industry trends.
- A Bachelor's degree is required, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as pharmacy, education, or customer service.
- CPhT certification is strongly preferred, as is experience using learning management systems, customer service software, and eLearning design tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with a Learning Management System, preferably Docebo, and an Association Management System, preferably Personify.
- Aptitude to learn and implement new technology as needed, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
