Job Overview

Our client, Maine Staffing Group, is seeking dedicated Medical Office Registration Coordinators to join their dynamic team in the healthcare sector. This pivotal administrative role is designed to assist clients in accessing agency services while supporting healthcare providers in delivering those services effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Facilitate the collection of co-payments and maintain an organized waiting area.
  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the facility.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and perform various office tasks as required.

This is a full-time position with the potential for permanent placement. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility available.


Qualifications:

Experience in Medical Reception is essential. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.


Compensation:

The pay rate for this position is $19 per hour.
