Job Summary:

United Security is seeking a high-level security officer to join our team at a corporate office complex. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing security patrols, observing potential security concerns, and maintaining access control. They will also provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks and maintain a safe environment.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and assistance to clients, employees, and visitors.
  • Monitor entrances and exits, and maintain access control to ensure the security of the premises.
  • Attend to the front desk and greet customers in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient in technology and software applications.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to type quickly and efficiently.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to conduct frequent foot patrols.
