Travel Nurse RN Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Traveling Long Term Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Traveling LTC RN, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require extended care and support.
Job Summary:The Traveling Long Term Care Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including monitoring and recording vital signs, administering medication, and performing therapeutic treatments such as massage and range of motion exercises. You will also be responsible for preparing equipment and assisting physicians during patient examinations, as well as providing emotional support and education for patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring and recording vital signs and administering medication
- Perform therapeutic treatments such as massage and range of motion exercises
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during patient examinations
- Perform IV therapy, enteral tube feedings, wound care, and respiratory therapy
- Provide emotional support and education for patients and family
- AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
- BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
- Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families
- At least 2 years of experience
