Hospice Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Physician to join our interdisciplinary team at Providence Home Hospice in Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary oversight for one of five IDT's in the Portland Metro area, including our service areas in the Gorge and Clark County, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert, compassionate care to patients and their families
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Support a culture of trust and collaboration amongst all hospice disciplines
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans
Requirements:
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty
- Experience in hospice care or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
