Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Education Coach to join our team at Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering financial education services to families in need, with a focus on money management, budgeting, and credit repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial education plans for clients
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops on financial literacy topics
  • Collaborate with community agencies and businesses to provide access to financial services and resources
  • Document client interactions and progress in the ARC database
  • Conduct bi-monthly and end of month data reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Human Resources, or related field
  • Knowledge of financial literacy topics and skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage time and respond to deadlines
