Job Summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system, you will be responsible for delivering, unloading, and merchandising our products at customer account locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver, unload, and merchandise products in assigned accounts to meet company and customer standards.
  • Organize and maintain back room storage areas to ensure efficient product rotation and inventory management.
  • Ensure neat appearance of all company equipment and product in assigned accounts.
  • Foster relationships with account personnel and provide exceptional customer service to all accounts serviced.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company quality assurance standards at every account.
  • Perform daily accounting of product, cash, and assets.
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain a CDL permit and pass DOT physical requirements.
  • Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
Work Environment

Work environment will vary, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled.
