Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned educational leader to serve as the Dean of Campus at our South Campus location. As a key member of our school leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission by promoting our core values and distinctive portrait of a graduate.

About the Role

The Dean of Campus will be responsible for leading the academic curriculum, student and family well-being, and co-curricular programs of the campus. This includes:

  1. Maintaining a commitment to cultivating and promoting a model of academic and cultural discipleship centered on the home.
  2. Leading the development and daily delivery of academic and co-curricular programs of excellence to ensure students achieve the best possible learning outcomes.
  3. Managing curriculum compliance to meet external requirements and promote best practices.
  4. Ensuring a Christian perspective to all aspects of programming and school environments.
  5. Coordinating and overseeing essential functions of daily school operations, such as scheduling, lunch, recess, supervising children, attending to minor or emergency medical needs, etc.
  6. Leading campus community-relation activities and communication, including campus promotion for enrollment growth.
  7. Assisting with planning and recruiting qualified specialist staff, faculty, and coaches.
  8. Building a team approach and inducting all new employees to campus.
  9. Creating a professional environment to support growth, success, and opportunity for employees.
  10. Observing teachers and providing regular feedback on classroom classical instruction strategies.
  11. Nurturing relationships with other schools, community groups, professional organizations, sporting bodies, associations, etc. to enhance opportunities for excellence and learning.
  12. Contributing to strategic planning and decision making.
About You

  1. A strong Christian testimony and a calling to serve as a positive Christian role model to students and families.
  2. A heart to provide exceptional customer service to all members of the community.
  3. Demonstrated experience in Christian classical education and prior teaching experience.
  4. An understanding of staff professional learning and performance management.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to provide clear guidance, instructions, or information.
  6. A working knowledge of Google Suite (i.e., Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
  7. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a master's degree in a related field is preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
