Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at CAI. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for providing software testing and analytical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Assist with helpdesk tickets to resolve user-reported issues and provide timely support.
  • Execute tests on software usability and analyze test results to identify errors or bugs.
  • Prepare reports on all aspects related to QA software testing and provide insights to the business and development teams.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in QA software testing.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of QA software test design and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to develop and document application Test Plans based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Reviewing business requirements and preparing test scenarios.
  • Working knowledge of various types of software testing.
  • Experience creating and executing test plans/cases/scripts.
  • Experience with Web Application Testing.
  • Knowledge of Web Applications Components and Purpose.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with writing and executing SQL.
  • Experience with SOAP and REST Web Service Testing.
  • Experience with PEGA Web Application Testing.
  • Experience with UFT Automated Scripts.
  • Understanding of AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
Physical Demands

The ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
