Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales and Use Tax Returns across multiple states and jurisdictions, totaling 30 filings monthly.
  • Conduct monthly assessments of accounts payable invoices to determine taxability.
  • Facilitate the registration process for new Sales Tax filings as necessary.
  • Perform thorough research on tax laws and regulations.
  • Oversee external Sales Tax audits and manage related communications.

Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales and Use Tax.
Proficient in tax software such as Vertex, Taxware, or similar platforms.
