Manufacturing Process Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain manufacturing flow charts, work instructions, and manufacturing BOMs
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause identification to drive quality enhancements
- Develop and maintain safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality tools
