Job Description
As an Associate Customer Experience Agent, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service at the first point of contact. This encompasses handling various customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Your warmth, positivity, and adaptability will make you a trusted ambassador of the brand, fostering loyalty and satisfaction among our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Handle inbound, outbound, and transit customers, providing assistance with basic ticketing, baggage handling, and checking in.
- Lounge Reception: Offer premium services to our British Airways customers in our lounges, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Provide timely operational support to ensure our flying community's performance and delivery for customers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adaptable to changing situations, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are also essential.
