Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Parts Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their auto parts needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and respectful service to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
- Assist customers with their auto parts needs, including recommending products and providing solutions to their problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking products and ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Help to maintain inventory levels and ensure that products are accurately cataloged and managed.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems, as well as cataloging and inventory management systems.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems, as well as cataloging and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals and objectives.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle, if required.
