- Best Practice Advice: Provide best practice advice and guidance to management and across the enterprise, ensuring consistent and effective implementation of Active Directory solutions.
- Disaster Recovery: Participate in disaster planning, preparation, recovery, and testing as required, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.
- Vendor Management: Troubleshoot issues with vendors, evaluate vendor products, services, and suggestions, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- After-Hours Support: Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure-related emergencies and occasional weekend maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal system performance.
- Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related major, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Requires four years of experience providing design, management, and support in Microsoft Active Directory or closely related experience.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of functional level Windows 2012 and later Active Directory, expertise in DNS and DHCP, and expert-level experience in the management and creation of Group Policy.
