Your primary responsibilities will include performing essential cleaning tasks to ensure our guests enjoy a pleasant and hygienic stay. This includes making beds, washing linens, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and ironing as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for restocking supplies and ensuring that restrooms and common areas are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address general inquiries from guests during their visit
  • Prepare guest rooms by making beds, stripping sheets, and stocking rooms with necessary toiletries
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and organization of hotel rooms in line with our established standards before guest check-in
  • Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces such as the hotel lobby, hallways, and public restrooms
  • Document rooms cleaned and manage lost and found items, as well as report any damages or repairs needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques and products
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional housekeeping role is preferred
