SUMMARY

The primary role involves managing customer orders and addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage customer orders received from clients or sales representatives.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

- High school diploma or GED is required.

- Candidates with the following experience are PREFERRED:

- Familiarity with the corrugated box sector.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

- Strong communication skills are essential. Ability to read and interpret various documents such as sales reports and operational manuals. Capability to compose routine reports and correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL ABILITY

- Proficient in basic arithmetic operations and the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages. Capable of calculating figures such as discounts and costs.

REASONING SKILLS

- Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions provided in written or oral form.

Capable of solving various problems and managing situations with limited information.


TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

- Proficient in computer data entry applications.

- Knowledge of products and production processes.

- Familiarity with quality standards, including ISO and QS.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Regularly required to walk, talk, hear, stand, and sit.

VISION REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT


- While performing job duties, employees may be exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is typically loud.



PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

- The performance of the Customer Service Representative will be assessed based on:


- Meeting or exceeding established operating standards in sales and customer service.

Annual standards will be communicated to the representative.

- Professional development goals established annually between the representative and supervisor.

- Evaluation of interpersonal behaviors, respect, and communication skills.


- Creativity in contributing innovative ideas to advance the business.
