Job Title: Agricultural Diesel Technician

Crystal Tractor of DeLand is seeking a skilled Agricultural Diesel Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing agricultural equipment to ensure our customers' operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, and other farm machinery.
  • Test and troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet service goals and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and technical information to ensure expertise in the latest equipment and technologies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a service technician in the agricultural industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
