Job Description

As a Therapist at Highland Springs Specialty Clinic, you will engage with clients in a positive and non-judgmental manner, building trust and rapport through specialized treatment tailored to each individual's needs and goals. Your responsibilities will include developing treatment plans, conducting individual psychotherapy sessions, and employing evidence-based treatment approaches.

You will be part of a supportive team that prioritizes collaborative care and provides a healthy work environment with realistic caseloads and sessions per week. Our clinic is committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and aims to make a positive impact on our clients' lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College
  • Current or pending certification as LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, LPC
  • At least 2 years of experience in social services, with 2+ years of experience providing customer service
