We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our Behavioral Health Department as an Inpatient Behavioral Health Counselor Social Worker. As a key member of our team, you'll conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, and work closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric technicians, and other teams to create a safe and healing environment.
This role requires a relevant license (LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and two years of post-license experience in mental health, as well as Basic Life Support certification. You'll need to be familiar with and embody our organization's Mission, Vision, and Values, and demonstrate the ability to competently care for patients of all ages.
Your responsibilities will include assessing patient treatment needs, providing interventions, and documenting services and supplies. You'll also work collaboratively with the team to provide emotional, mental, and spiritual support to patients and their families.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
