Position Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst for Global Procurement and Logistics will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and key members of the Global Procurement and Operations teams, as well as the Manufacturing Finance team, Corporate Accounting, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the annual budget and monthly forecasts for stakeholder cost centers, maintaining continuous communication with cost center owners to understand operational changes.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting of raw materials, intermediates, tolling fees, freight costs, tariffs/duties, and other inventoriable expenses for the global organization, applying analytical insights to evaluate pricing submissions and analyze variances.
  • Utilize data from SAP and other reporting platforms to deliver real-time analytical support to procurement and operations teams.
  • Provide problem-solving assistance to stakeholders regarding invoice processing, monthly accruals, and budgetary decisions.
  • Engage routinely with other finance functions to ensure procurement and logistics initiatives are integrated into business planning and financial outcomes.
  • Compile, analyze, and report significant financial data from various global sources.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for regularly performed processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the function and across the organization, particularly with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adept at managing varying workloads while prioritizing projects.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive in seeking clarification to understand key concepts.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak reporting periods.
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10%.
