Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients.
  • Develop detailed treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Train, supervise, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on your team.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and quality assurance teams to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Engage with and train caregivers to empower them as active partners in their child's development.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in supervising ABA treatment programs implemented by RBTs.
  • Licensure in the state of Maryland is required or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and their families.
