About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide evidence-based treatment to individuals and families. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments per deadline.
- Assess the family's and consumer's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, facilitating skill transfer to all caregivers.
- Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records.
- Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay rates of $60-80 per hour for direct, billable hours and $15.00 per hour for indirect hours.
- A sign-on bonus of $5000 for full-time BCBA's and $3500 for part-time BCBA's after successful completion of 400 and 275 billable hours within 6 months, respectively.

Requirements
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and recognition as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Licensure as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
- An inherent desire to train, supervise, and develop new BHTs and RBTs, to help support exceptional clinical outcomes for our clients.
- A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
