Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in Developmental Enrichment Groups: Collaborate with our experienced team to design and implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in young children.
  • Curriculum Development and Planning: Assist in creating and adapting curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support Children's Learning: Engage with children in activities such as art, sensory play, gross motor skills, and free play, fostering a love for learning and exploration.
  • Group Routines and Support: Assist with daily routines, including set-up, clean-up, snack preparation, and toileting/diapering, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in an early intervention or developmental enrichment setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and patient approach.
