Overview

Jackson Healthcare is a leading provider of allied and therapy staffing solutions, serving over 1,300 healthcare and education providers nationwide. As a Credentialing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate credentialing of clinicians, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Guide clinicians through the credentialing process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  • Organize and verify all aspects of a clinician's employee file, maintaining compliance with Joint Commission, client, and company requirements.
  • Communicate proactively with clinicians, clients, and vendors to gather required documentation and resolve any issues.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to provide necessary documents and updates for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all files are complete and up-to-date in our database.
  • Participate in audit processes, including Joint Commission, to uphold our high standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in a credentialing or related administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR/Recruiting processes is a plus.
