Key Responsibilities:- Execute under pressure in a high-volume, full-service environment

- Accurately perform basic mathematical calculations and handle cash and credit transactions
- Work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Be certified in responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law)
- At least 6 months' experience in a high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment
- Previous server experience is highly desirable
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day, and lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
