  • Ensure the integration of infrastructure and ServiceNow meets performance, security, and compliance standards, such as HIPAA.
  • Infrastructure Optimization and Cloud Strategy:
  • Oversee the consolidation or migration of on-premises systems and networks to cloud-based solutions where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cloud providers, internal teams, and external vendors to optimize IT infrastructure post-merger.
  • Manage system upgrades, capacity planning, and network configuration to support new, merged operations.
  • Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure that infrastructure and system integrations adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement security protocols to protect patient data and organizational information during transitions.
  • Work closely with IT security teams to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities in merged IT systems.
  • ServiceNow Platform Management:

  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

  • Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including ServiceNow partners, infrastructure providers, and consultants.
  • Ensure that vendor solutions and services align with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Change Management & Training:

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow PPM).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
