Position Overview
We are in search of a committed Project Engineer to become part of our vibrant team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our innovative construction initiatives, allowing you to apply your expertise in ASI and subcontractor oversight.

As a Project Engineer, your role will involve managing the technical components of our construction projects, assisting the Project Manager, and ensuring that all engineering elements are accurately planned, designed, and executed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish project goals, scope, and conduct feasibility assessments.
  • Analyze and interpret project blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and oversee assigned engineering projects.
  • Engage with subcontractors, providing clear guidance and monitoring their work for quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage ASI (Architect's Supplemental Instructions) to ensure all modifications in the work are properly documented and executed.
  • Conduct overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions if necessary.
  • Ensure the project's compliance with all relevant legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of design and visualization software.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
  • Ability to work on projects involving multiple disciplines.
  • Project management and supervisory skills.
  • Decision-making and leadership abilities.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience managing ASI and collaborating with subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
