Position Summary

Proof of the Pudding is a renowned catering firm recognized across the Southeast for its dedication to crafting exceptional culinary experiences from scratch. This commitment extends into Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services, where we provide elevated concessions and premium offerings at various events, including collegiate stadiums and professional sports venues.

We are seeking skilled Bartenders to enhance our Suites Hospitality team. The ideal candidate should be available for all home football games and possess prior bartending experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pre and post bar setup and breakdown duties.
  • Efficiently prepare the bar area, including chilling beverages.
  • Maintain effective communication with bar back staff during events for inventory replenishment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests.
  • Stay attentive to guests' needs throughout the event.
  • Clean the bar area post-event, including disposing of excess ice.
  • Document closing inventory accurately.
  • Organize and store inventory as instructed.
  • Adhere to all local, federal, and venue-specific alcohol regulations.
Additional related duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year bartending experience.
  • TIPs/TEAM certification required (training provided if necessary).
  • Familiarity with upscale and VIP service standards is essential.

Work Environment

This role involves event operations within a stadium or similar venues, requiring mobility across various terrains on campus.
