• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing prompt and courteous attention to guests.
• Prepare a wide range of beverage orders with precision, adhering to signature recipes and ensuring quality.
• Master our Steps of Service protocol to guarantee a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for every guest.
• Accurately input guest orders into our POS system (Breadcrumb) to ensure efficient service.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including beers, wines, and spirits, to confidently guide guests through their selections.
• Communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to the culinary team for seamless preparation.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment by adhering to opening and closing procedures.
• Cultivate a positive and outgoing demeanor throughout service to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Prioritize safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself, colleagues, and guests.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and efficient workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the bar.

• Minimum 6 months of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• In-depth knowledge of various beers, wines, and spirits, with the ability to recommend pairings and answer guest inquiries confidently.
• Proven experience handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, along with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and prioritizing guest needs effectively.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across all restaurant departments.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a love of the food and beverage industry.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks.
