Job Title: Music Industry Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Brands team at HYBE America. As a Music Industry Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will support the team with various administrative and creative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Update artist one sheets and artist roster to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Draft business-focused posts to highlight recent activities and accomplishments, showcasing the team's efforts and successes
  • Create engaging newsletters for internal and external audiences, highlighting key information and updates
  • Maintain and update internal team spreadsheets to track progress and performance
  • Conduct industry news and brand prospecting to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Pull reports from reporting tools to support the team's research efforts and inform data-driven decisions
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, particularly Excel and Google Sheets, to manage and analyze data
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and communicate with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Basic design skills for creating newsletters and one sheets, using tools like Canva to enhance visual appeal
  • Knowledge of Canva is a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to legally work within the United States
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
