Financial Resource Coordinator at Dynamo Technologies

Position Overview:

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is in search of a Financial Resource Coordinator to provide support for our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program. This role will focus on internal support for staff operations. The Financial Resource Coordinator will leverage expertise in Air Force Financial Management (FM) practices, including the Commanders Resource Integration System, Automated Business Services System, and Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS) to deliver budgeting and accounting insights for resource distribution and financial management of ACC initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft strategic plans and proposals for capital investment funding.
  • Conduct analyses of workforce evaluations, studies, and strategic plans.
  • Formulate comprehensive policies and standards for operational processes.
  • Implement resource management techniques, studies, and financial analysis.
  • Oversee knowledge management for essential operational areas.
  • Manage strategic plans for architecture and infrastructure development.
  • Coordinate tasks throughout the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle.
  • Research and evaluate data for cost assessment.
  • Provide recommendations in response to evolving deadlines.
  • Establish management controls over financial obligations and expenditures.
  • Develop plans, budgets, and timelines for various programs.
  • Suggest solutions for funding deficiencies.
  • Facilitate program-budget activities and meetings.
  • Maintain relationships with key financial management personnel.
  • Utilize relevant systems such as CMS, DTIMS, EDA, FMSuite, and DEAMS.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Air Force Financial Management tools and systems.
  • Experience in workforce evaluations and financial analyses.
  • Skilled in integrating various tasks and processes.
  • Familiarity with systems including CMS, DTIMS, EDA, and FMSuite.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.

Education and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel may be necessary.

Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI clearance is required.
