We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to play a vital role in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and propose sales strategies and marketing objectives, including sales volume and profit forecasts to the Regional Manager.
  • Manage and enhance sales and profit targets with designated key accounts.
  • Oversee customer service performance metrics and take necessary actions to ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Coordinate work schedules to ensure optimal workflow across all areas, including counter and inside sales.
  • Recruit and hire staff in alignment with company standards and procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment within the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly regarding inventory management, delivery, billing, and security.
  • Monitor inventory levels to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the electrical distribution field or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong business acumen to analyze financial data and develop effective strategies to achieve fiscal objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with AS400 is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the sale of electrical products is essential.
