Overview
Contact Community Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Community Referral Program Manager to oversee the coordination, planning, and implementation of 211 programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in crisis management, and a passion for connecting people with needed community resources.

About the Role
This full-time position offers an estimated salary of $62,500 per year and is based on the national average for similar roles in the mental health industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of health, human, and social services databases used by counselors on 211, 988, and diversion lines. You will also provide supervision to direct reports, develop new hire staff training curriculum, and participate in on-call coverage rotation.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a B.A. in Mental Health/Human Services or a related field, as well as demonstrated experience in planning, supervising, and mentoring others. Key skills include empathy, active listening, communication, teamwork, approachability, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have strong clinical skills, especially in crisis de-escalation and suicide safety assessment and planning. Your ability to adapt quickly to varied protocol/requirements and function autonomously while demonstrating effective time management is also essential.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must maintain certifications such as AAS Crisis Worker, Inform USA Community Resource Specialist, and Inform USA Community Resource Specialist- Database Curator. You should also have a sense of responsibility and commitment to Contact Community Services and its mission. Proficiently representing the agency at partner and community meetings or events is crucial. Finally, your understanding of personal wellness and high energy levels are vital for managing stress in a fast-paced environment.
