Job Summary: The State University of New York Upstate Medical University seeks a highly skilled and organized individual to serve as the administrative liaison between the Residency Program Director, chief residents, residents, department faculty, GME Office, and affiliated teaching sites. This role requires effective communication and supervision skills to manage the daily administrative activities of the department's residency program. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Education, or a related field and two or more years of experience in program administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the administrative and professional responsibilities of residents-in-training.
- Communicate effectively with the Residency Program Director, chief residents, residents, department faculty, GME Office, and affiliated teaching sites.
- Manage the daily administrative activities of the department's residency program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Education, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in program administration.
- Effective communication and supervision skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
