As a Sales Associate focused on member experience, you will be motivated to:
- Ensure exceptional satisfaction for all members.
- Consistently deliver outstanding service while meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.
- Foster enthusiasm for fitness and the Orangetheory brand by guiding new members on their fitness journeys.
Daily Responsibilities:
Your typical day will involve:
- Building authentic, experience-driven relationships with members and guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication regarding membership.
- Creating a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for all.
- Providing a remarkable and adaptable sales and service experience that inspires our community to pursue their fitness goals.
- Upholding a commitment to a safe and clean studio environment for everyone.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Positive, authentic, and passionate about helping others.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong desire to engage and support others.
- Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset, willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
- Possessing at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Compensation:
$14.00 per hour
Job Type:
Variable Hour Employee – Options for part-time and full-time hours available
Hours per week: 20-40, with a preference for 25 or more
