  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure that all areas of the banquet operation are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and health codes.
  • Work Collaboratively: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve our goals and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of guest service etiquette, food and beverage serving techniques, and company policies.
  • Experience and Qualifications: 1+ year of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title, with a strong background in luxury brand markets.
  • Education: High school diploma, GED degree, or related training equivalent.
Work Environment

The Banquet Server will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changing priorities and deadlines. Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands, with or without notice.

Physical Demands

The Banquet Server will be required to stand and walk for up to 8 hours on a daily basis, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs, and travel by foot, car, bus, airplane, or other means of transportation.
