Job Title: Private Duty Nurse RN

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and provide health education to patients and families

Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
