The Store Environment Lead is a key position within Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) Marketing, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations.   • Lead Development of In-Store Signage and Collateral
  • Ensure Value Proposition and Conversion Goal Delivery in Store
  • Develop and Maintain Roadmap to Maintain Fresh, Clean Merchandising and Store Environment
  • Create and Maintain Roadmap of In-Store Signage Strategies, Tactics, and Tests
  • Develop and Maintain Roadmap of In-Store Merchandising to Test New Strategies
  • Partner Across Brand, Category, Operations, Education, Real-Estate, Legal, and Communications Teams
  • Support Test Initiatives through Development of Merchandising Fixtures, Signage, and Messaging
  • Create Digital Signage Content Strategy Across Digital Signage Stores
  • Lead and Participate in Various Cross-Functional Team Projects and Integrated Agency Team Meetings
  • Collaborate with Digital Team to Advance Content Delivery through Digital Signage Rollout
  • Support Refresh Store Initiatives alongside Construction/Real Estate

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Equivalent
  • 8+ Years' Experience Managing Multi-Unit Signage or Marketing Programs
  • Understanding of Marketing and Retail Principles
  • Relationship Building Skills
  • Ability to Prioritize Multiple Projects, Tasks, and Stakeholders
  • Demonstrated Experience Building Internal and External Stakeholder Relationships
  • Ability to Effectively Develop and Deliver Presentations to Executive Stakeholders
