About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with personalized financial solutions, and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
- Financial Solutions: Offer a range of financial products and services to customers, including deposit and credit products, to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate, and providing customers with regular account reviews and recommendations.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and increase revenue, through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners, including financial advisors and product specialists, to provide customers with comprehensive financial solutions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
Preferred Qualifications:
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations
- State Insurance license(s)
- Customer service focus with experience handling transactions across multiple systems
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
