Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
  • Financial Solutions: Offer a range of financial products and services to customers, including deposit and credit products, to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate, and providing customers with regular account reviews and recommendations.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and increase revenue, through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners, including financial advisors and product specialists, to provide customers with comprehensive financial solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers
  • 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations
  • State Insurance license(s)
  • Customer service focus with experience handling transactions across multiple systems
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
